How it works
Built for stores that do not want inventory
You sell, we ship. The workflow below is what our current dropship partners use every day.
Send your catalogue
Choose designs from our library or upload your own. We prepare product photos, dimensions and box weight for your listings.
Connect your orders
Send orders by CSV, Google Sheet, e-mail template or through your 3PL. We confirm stock and dispatch dates in return.
We pick & pack blind
Plain outer packaging, no factory invoice, no promotional inserts unless you supply them. Your label or ours — your choice.
Tracking back to you
Tracking numbers returned daily in the same format you sent, so one import updates every order in your store.
The details that matter
Blind shipping done properly
- No MOQ, no monthly commitment — test with 10 orders a week or 500.
- Neutral outer packaging — no supplier invoice, no Chinese-language marketing material, no factory name on the customs form unless legally required.
- Your inserts — send us your thank-you cards and we will include them in every parcel.
- Per-order unit price includes pick, pack, poly mailer and handling; freight is quoted at cost per destination.
- Stock alerts — we tell you when a design drops below 50 units so your listings never oversell.
- Consolidation — if you also stock inventory with us, we can split a container order into single parcels as they sell.
What your customer receives
Retail-ready, even at quantity one
Kit
Numbered canvas, matched paints, brushes, reference card and instruction leaflet — the same components as a wholesale carton.
Outer parcel
Rigid mailer or padded envelope with the canvas protected by a printed band. Breakage rate under 0.5%.
No paperwork
No invoice, no price list, no factory branding inside the box. Nothing that reveals your supplier.
Transit options
Express 5–9 days door to door, tracked air 8–14 days, or economy 15–25 days for low-ticket markets.
What we need from you
- Order file in a consistent format (SKU, quantity, customer name, address, phone, e-mail).
- One designated contact who can approve stock questions within 24 hours.
- Prepayment or a weekly balance — we do not dispatch on credit for new accounts.
- Your returns address, so undeliverable parcels come back to you and not to limbo.
What we will not do
- Sell your custom design to another buyer — custom artwork is exclusive to you.
- Compete with you on marketplaces under our own name. We are not a retail seller.
- Hide a factory name on customs documents where the law requires it.
- Ship an order we cannot fulfil on time — we tell you before you sell it.
Scaling up
When dropshipping stops being enough
Most partners move from per-order shipping to bulk inventory once they pass around 150 units a month, because bulk freight per unit is dramatically cheaper than express per parcel. We help you plan that switch instead of pushing you to stay on the higher-margin model.
Week 1–4
Test 20–50 orders with per-order dispatch. Measure conversion, breakage and delivery complaints.
Month 2–3
Move your top three designs to a 300-kit bulk order, keep the long tail on dropship.
Month 4+
Add your own packaging, then a container. We quote FOB Dalian and DDP side by side so the maths is visible.
