Unit prices depend on size, colour count, brush set and packaging. The tiers below apply to our standard kit in a printed folding carton — ask us for a line-by-line quote on your exact spec.

Sample & deposit
Optional pre-production sample in 3–5 days. 30% deposit by T/T or Trade Assurance confirms the order.
Bulk, QC, shipping
Production in 8–15 days, photo inspection report, balance settled, goods shipped from Dalian.
Trade terms
- FOB Dalian is our standard term — the port is 40 minutes from the factory.
- EXW Shenyang if you have your own forwarder in China.
- CIF / DDP to your door, quoted per destination.
- Consolidation with other suppliers available at our Shenyang warehouse.
Payment & paperwork
- 30% deposit, 70% before dispatch (T/T, Trade Assurance, PayPal for sample orders).
- Commercial invoice, packing list, and test reports supplied with every shipment.
- Cartons are export-grade, palletised or loose-loaded, with your shipping marks.
- Order tracking: photos at cutting, kitting and container loading.
Wholesale FAQ
Questions buyers ask before the first PO
Can I mix designs in one order?
Yes. The 100-kit minimum applies per design. A mixed order of four designs at 100 kits each is a normal first order for us — we will also print a single box template for all four to keep your packaging cost down.
Do you drop-ship or sell on marketplaces yourself?
No. We do not sell retail and we do not list on Amazon, Etsy or TikTok Shop. Your designs stay yours; we sign an NDA on request and never resell custom artwork.
How do I get the lowest price?
Three levers, in order of impact: increase quantity per design, standardise one box size across the range, and keep the colour count realistic for the artwork. Ask us to price the same order at 24 and 36 colours — the difference is often worth a smaller palette.
What artwork files do you accept?
JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, AI or a straight-from-phone photo. Minimum 2000 px on the long edge is ideal, but our designers can redraw low-resolution images — expect them to simplify detail rather than invent it.
Do you provide test reports?
Yes. We can supply reports for the acrylic paints and printed paper components on request. Tell us the destination market (EU, US, UK, AU) and we will confirm which report set applies before production.
What if some kits arrive damaged?
Send photos within 14 days of delivery and we reprint or credit the affected units in your next order. Our current breakage rate on folded canvas in export cartons sits under 0.5%.
